Terms and Conditions

We require a 50% deposit for all orders over $100. Any order under $100 must be paid in full in order to secure the date. Initial deposit reserves event date and it's not refundable.

The remaining balance on invoice must be paid in full 3 days prior delivery/pick up date. Late or no payment is subject to cancelation. Late payments may result in substitution or modification of the original order as well as an additional charge.

Cancelations

Cancelations can be made up to 1 month before the order is due. Client will receive a refund of the balance of the order minus the deposit. 

Delivery & Pick up 

Requesting to pick up your cake/order up at any other location than what is specified, will be considered delivery, and will be subject to appropriate delivery fees. Delivery fee is $50 within a 10 mile radius, and $5 per mile after that.

If the client or representative chooses to pick up and setup the order,  the client assume all liability and responsability for the condition of the order once it has left our possession. Once you have picked up, or received by delivery, please note that ALL responsibility of the cake/order is in your hands. We make every effort to ensure that our cakes are structured properly for travel and we are not liable for any damages or loss that may occur after you have received the cake. 

ALLERGIES 

Vicky's Cakes is not a nut/soy/glutten/dairy/egg-free bakery. Clients are responsible for notifying Vicky's Cakes for any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. When specify by the client, we do our best and take all due care to keep all allergy prone ingredients out of the kitchen and work area to prevent cross contamination. You agree to notify your guests of the risk.

Return and Refund Policy

If for some reason you might be dissatisfied with our product, notice must be given within the 24 hour period after your order has been picked up or delivered. At least half of the product must be available and returned to us, for any refund or future discount to be given.

By paying the Non-refundable deposit, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
